    Three are a uk moible phone company who seam to offers it users some top offers and exciting mobile phones, however they seam to have a quite screwed up payment system.

    Last month due to my own fault i missed a payment on my mobile phone contract, so i got a notice from three saying that i had missed there payment and that the direct debit to my bank account had been cancelled.

    So i thought ok then, and waited for my work payment to come through so that i could pay them. However a second bill had arrived for the next month on my contract so the new bill was for two month usage which was 66 quid.

    So Two days ago i got a message sayin g that i had to pay the amount withing 5 days, so today I rang up three customer service to pay my bill, I ended up talking to some non english speaking customer serivce personnel who i had to repeat everything i said 3 times before they could under stand what i was saying.

    So i paid the 66 quid from my credit card whivch i hate using but thought i had better pay the bill before they cut me off. Which i did. However after just checking my online banking i found that Three who had cancelled my direct debit had taken the 66 quid out of my account yesterday causing my account to have less than it should in for my other payments to go out. Now this has really fucked me off and i am going to find out what i can do.

    As far as they told me, they cancelled my account i was required to manually pay my bill within 5 days.

    So now i have to ring ther buggers up and find out what they are going to do about thier fuck up.
