    HTC Hero Alarm Clock Not Going OffIf your like me you may have been late to work because of your HTC Hero alarm not going off, basically my HTC Hero alarm would go off but not make any noise, to fix this go to your settings for the alarm then select alarm sound and go to the selection menu.

    Whilst in the selection menu press the volume controls on the side and turn it up to the loudest.

      The most evil, lowly and irritating bug. It knows how to show me the way home, communicates with sattelites, does all this fancy stuff but FAILS TO WAKE ME UP. seriously weak.

      Have the same problem but my sound IS turned up. It sounds the alarm sometimes, but not always. No clue what is wrong.

      Something “as simple” as setting the alarm clock, has proven to be not as simple ….lol Thanks for the help!!

      I’ve also read on other reports that killing the clock task also stops the alarm from going off.

      Thank you so much, have just sorted my alarm. Boss wasn’t too annoyed with me coming in late today, mainly because it’s my last week!

      On the second instance I knew something was up, yeah thanks for the write up HTC..!!! Going to get an old fashioned alarm clock for back up sheesh

      My HTC touch3G has a very weird bug.
      Alarm is set for M,T,W,Th,F at 6:00am.
      M,T it goes off. W,Th it doesnt. F it does.

      I have had to set a 2nd alarm at 6:01 for all 5 days (which mysteriously DOES work).

      Its madness – and seriously annoying. I have been late twice when it just doesnt go off.

      I was blaming windows-mobile and getting annoyed that such basis functionality was so seriously bugged.

      I’m having the same issue from 2 weeks. Whats happening is the alarm doesn’t go off on its time, but after the alarm trigger time is passed if I press a button to activate screen it immediately sets off. Looks like alarm trigger time is attached to HTC widget time instead of systems internal time.
